Linda Lou Spears, 81, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, March 14, 2020. She was born to James and Neoma Harris on September 11, 1938, in Memphis, Tennessee. A Visitation service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 9:00 A. M. until 11:00 A.M. at Glenfield Funeral Home followed by a memorial service at 11:00 A. M. also at the funeral home. Reverend James Wells and Reverend Marty Merritt will officiate. Burial will be in Glenfield Memorial Park. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Neoma Harris; daughter, Sandra Carwyle; son, Robert Spears; grandson, Gary Paul Renfrow; sister, Mary Lemons; and brothers, James Harris, Jr. and Jerry Harris. Survivors include, daughter, Linda Davis (James), Virginia Patrick (Howard), and Lou Ann Stevens (Casey) all of New Albany; grandchildren, Melissa Cooksey (Paul), Donald Renfrow (Anna), David Renfrow (Matt); Jamie Patterson (Kevin) Amy Hopkins (Sean), Kristy Hamby, Nathan Adair, Miranda Harrison (Zack), Michael Averett, Samanthia Stewart (Justin); great-grandchildren; Morghan Renfrow, Jake Cooksey, Raigan Renfrow, Tyler Renfrow (Anna), Trenton Renfrow, Taylor Renfrow, Trevor Hester (Tori), Aiden Patterson, Michelle Dean (Johnny), Joey Hardin (Shelby), Payton Hopkins, Hunter Adair (Kayla), Gracie Hamby, Maggie Harrison, Blakely Harrison, Journey Rhea, Jaeda Stewart, Jocelyn Stewart, and Jemma Stewart; great-great grandchildren, Winston Hardin, Adalyn Hester, Dominic Renfrow, Christopher Cooksey, and Rayden Adair; brothers, Tony Harris (Joyce Ann) of Nashville, Tn., and David Harris (Patty) of Moscow, Tn.; sisters, Anita Moore of Jacksonville, Fl, Barbara Boyd of Arvada, Co, Betty Anderson (Fayette) of Red Banks, Ms., and Becky Harris, of Memphis, Tn.; and sisters-in-law, Dean Harris and Carol Harris.
