Gregory Preston Cato

Greg Cato, 51, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021, at The Med in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born on July 24, 1969, the son of the late Clifford Levi Cato, Jr. and Glenda Dewanda Fulbright Cato. Greg had been a truck driver and was a member of Mount Gilead Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Regina Lynn Smith Cato, of Blue Springs; three sons, Gregory Preston Cato, Jr. of Wynne, Arkansas, Levi Neal Cato, and Randall Cato, both of Blue Springs; three brothers, Cliff Cato of New Albany, Andrew Cato of Ecru, and Michael Cato of New Albany; two sisters, Ginger Price of Okolona, and Lanora Spencer of Okolona; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Donald Cato. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, from 1:00 P. M. until 2:00 P. M. at Glenfield Funeral Home.
