Donna Gail Arnold Hardin, aged 68, of Myrtle, MS, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2023, at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis, TN. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Born on May 27, 1955, in Clarksdale, MS, Donna was the loving daughter of JD and Mona Barfield Arnold.

Donna was married to her beloved husband, Tommy Hardin Sr., for 38 and a half years. After retiring from At&T, she moved from Greenville, MS to Myrtle, MS. Donna was a devoted Christian who found joy in serving the Lord as a Sunday School teacher for many years. She had an infectious spirit and brought happiness to all those who knew her.

Known for her delicious desserts, Donna was always ready to lend a helping hand by sharing her culinary creations at church functions, comforting those in need or gathering with family. She possessed an unwavering kindness and never hesitated to show compassion to strangers. Donna cherished life itself and embraced all it had to offer alongside her Lord and Savior.

Prior to retiring, Donna worked for several individuals who required special care. Later on, she joined Etta B. Pottery where she continued to make a difference in people's lives through her dedicated work. Despite facing several serious health issues over the past few years, Donna always emerged stronger with the power of prayer.

Donna's love for her family knew no bounds. She is survived by her husband Tommy Hardin Sr. She is also survived by her sons Randy Fee (April) of Lyon, MS; Tommy Hardin Jr. (Kate) of Myrtle, MS; and Travis Hardin of Myrtle, MS. Her sisters Carolyn Freeman of Clarksdale, MS and Barbara Green (Alan) of Moon, MS also mourn her loss. Donna leaves behind her grandsons, Brian, Jacob and granddaughter, Maisley, as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who will cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents JD and Mona Arnold and her brother James (Jack) Arnold.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Glenfield Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life service will take place at 2:00 PM in the Glenfield Funeral Home Chapel. The service will be officiated by Bro. James Wells. Burial will take place at Enterprise cemetery

Pallbearers will be Dawson Stanley, Randy Jumper, Tommy Walton, Hunter Culver, Tyler Hardin and Rodney Hardin.

Donna Gail Arnold Hardin will forever be remembered for her immense love for others and the joy she brought into people's lives. May she rest in eternal peace.

Glenfield Funeral Home has been entrusted with Mrs. Donna Hardin's care.
