Angie Lee Davis, 93, died Monday, November 14, 2022, at her residence. She was born April 20, 1929, in Union County, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Samuel Robert and Lonie Viola Wilhite Hall. Mrs. Davis was a Baptist and a homemaker. Her hobbies included flower gardening, sewing, and fishing. Mrs. Davis was named Best Housekeeper in Ingomar area in 1950. Survivors include two daughters, Kim Roe and Tina Beaty, both of New Albany; four sons, Kenny Davis of New Albany, Jeffrey Davis of New Albany, Dewey Davis of New Albany, and Robert Davis of Collierville, Tennessee; two sisters, Linda Hall of Saltillo, and Brenda McCauley of Columbus; three brothers, Danny Hall of Jackson, Gerald Hall of Booneville, and Thomas Hall of Ripley; sixteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Enis Davis; daughter, Wilma J. Roaton; three sisters, Louise Ungaro, Pearl Davis, and Beanie McCullough; and a grandson, David Bedford. Bishop Jeffie Smith will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Dwayne Roaton, Barry Roaton, Chris Roaton, Joshua Williams, Caleb Gullick, Nathan Roberts, and Walt Roe. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
