James Melton Doles

NEW ALBANY - James M. (Killer) Doles, 68, died Tuesday at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. Mr. Doles was born December 28, 1947 in Oakland, Tennessee, the son of Kelcy Roy Doles and Annette Garnet Mullins Doles. He was a member of the Church of Christ and a former factory worker. James also served his country in the United States Air Force. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 16, 2016, at 2 P. M., at Glenfield Funeral Home, with Brother Jeremiah McMillen officiating. Pallbearers are Sammy Carroll, Chance Jarvis, Andy Taylor, Matt Taylor, Austin Taylor, Allen Webster, and Daniel Webster. Burial will follow in Glenfield Memorial Park. Visitation is Thursday evening from 5 PM until 8 PM. Survivors include his daughter, Leola Doles (Dean Carroll) of Ecru; brother, Mullins Doles (Norma) of Nesbit; niece Susan Webster and nephew Timothy Doles, both of Nesbit.
